About 

The Finance Coach was established by Matthew Gamblin to provide high quality strategic and financial support to CEO’s, MD’s, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs.

Matt has an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working collaboratively with clients from all walks of life. 

​

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 15 years of commercial finance experience working internationally and domestically for several of the world’s leading organisations including Diageo, Redbull, and ASOS.com.

​

In addition to large corporates, Matt also has proven experience in early stage startups and high growth SME's. He genuinely understands the operational challenges facing these businesses and is passionate about providing realistic solutions. 

Key Projects

  • Work in combination with CEO's, COO's and Managing Directors to implement new and effective organisational frameworks

  • Coach senior leaders and teams through large scale organisational change

  • ​Undertake capital raising with CEO's to secure multimillion dollar deals for early stage businesses

  • Work in collaboration with CEO's and Business Leaders in relation to Mergers and Acquisitions for SME's

  • Educate newly established leadership teams on strategic planning and decision making 

​

  • Develop a leading customer service and business advisory tool to improve commercial and strategic thinking skills for a business with +300 employees

​

  • Create and implement unique Go-To-Market strategies to grow brand awareness for high growth SME's
